This neat little .22 with a 10 round magazine & modern 3-9×40 scope would make an excellent rifle for pest control on the farm.
The wood has the usual marks as you would find on a rifle of this age & no doubt would come up nice if you wanted to restore it, the blueing is very good & the bore is fine.
The scope is quite new & almost unmarked.
