The BRNO rifles hail from what was Czechoslovakia & have a long-standing history within the firearm industry, dating back to the 1950s. These are a favourite amongst avid hunters & shooters as the brand is synonymous with durability, accuracy & practicality. For a simple, bolt-action rifle that is easy to maintain you couldn’t find any better than a BRNO.
The Model ZKK601 is no longer produced & this example was manufactured in 1981 as can be seen on the receiver.
As can be seen in the photos this rifle is in very good condition & is fitted with the factory ‘Set Tigger’, allowing for an extremely light trigger pull if desired simply by pushing the trigger forward.
The Monte Carlo stock, along with the rest of the wood is in excellent condition plus barrel has been replaced at some stage in its life & so has plenty of rifling.
Comes with the Hilver base & 1” rings all ready to fit your choice of scope.
These rifles are collectable in its own right so whether you are a collector or just want ‘old school’ quality & finish, this could be just the .223 you are looking for.
