Description
This is a collectable Japanese Arisaka Type 38 in the long rifle configuration. It comes complete with the dust cover & the the Emperors Chrysanthemum (MUM) is not intact but has been over stamped & embellished rather than crudely ground off as most were (see photos).
The rifle has good metal & a good bore but the wood is rough as can be seen in the photos. This is one for the collector who wants one to fill that spot in their collection but isn’t overly concerned about it having to be ‘mint’ because this is nowhere near mint & priced accordingly. Flag is not included.
