Offered for sale is this very nice Lithgow No.1 Mk III made in the dying stages of WW2 which has clearly seen service…perhaps Korea?
The parkerised finish is correct for this rifle & the bore is excellent so this would not just be a desirable piece of Aussie military history, it would make an ideal candidate for Service Rifle comps.
The condition is excellent as can be seen in the photos & all visible numbers match.
