Complete Nazi Rig & All Matching Numbers!

This World War 2 Browning FN Model 1922 pistol was made in Nazi Occupied Belgium circa 1942 by Fabrique Nationale d’Armes de Guerre (National Factory of Weapons of War or FN) after it was taken over by the occupying German forces. Many Belgian workers were retained & continued production under the direct supervision of the Nazis.

As can be seen in the photos, this example is in outstanding original condition, is completely matching numbers, has Nazi proof & acceptance (Waffenamt) marks in all the right places (including the barrel, above the S/N), comes with two correctly marked FN marked magazines plus of course the original ‘drop holster’, as issued to Luftwaffe aircrew. These were mainly issued to Luftwaffe aircrew as it was a lighter, smaller pistol more suited to moving around in a cramped aircraft & a smaller calibre of 7.65mm was considered sufficient for self defence against animals in the event of being shot down.

The WW2 leather ‘drop holster’ is correct for the era, in good original but used condition which is clearly marked on the inside for this type of pistol & on the rear is makers mark, HK with an anchor which is that of Krieghoff. Krieghoff manufactured almost exclusively for the Luftwaffe. This appears to be a pre-war holster as it was originally brown. Early in WW2, the Nazi High Command issued instructions that all holsters were to now to be black, so many were refinished, as this correctly appears to be. Both magazines are period correct & in excellent order.

The overall condition is excellent as can be seen in the photos. The original high polish blue is 98%, the markings are clear & legible & grips are in very good condition while the bore is sharp & shiny.

Here is a fantastic Nazi German rig from World War 2 & one for the collector of rare or unusual WW2 handguns.
