Faithful reproduction of the legendary Colt Lightning with the Premium model no longer produced!
Italian gun makers have an excellent reputation for producing very high quality reproductions of the guns made famous in the wild west & Pedersoli is no exception. Indeed, it may well be one of the most sort after for accurate reproductions of the Colt Lightning pump action rifles.
These were produced mainly in .357 or .45 Colt so being chambered in the original proprietor cartridge of 44-40 makes this even more desirable, as if being one of a limited number in Australia & of the highest finish level obtainable isn’t enough!
According to Pedersoli Australia, these ceased being made at the beginning of the scamdemic in 2020 & will no longer be produced.
Being the ‘Premium’, you don’t buy better than this, from the quality hand engraving to the textured walnut & hex barrel finished in the high gloss, deep blue.
As can be seen in the photos, this is unmarked & in literally new condition!
It goes without saying that this is highly collectable & would make an excellent investment.
We are not going to try & rate the condition out of 100 as everyone seems to have a different opinion on what the percentages should be, so we’ll let the pictures be the description.
