Offered for sale is this nice example of the popular Remington 700 chambered for large game hunting which has been sitting in the safe pretty much since new!
We purchased this along with other rifles from an older shooter who is slowly selling his guns. All are in excellent condition with clear signs of being maintained.
If you have a good look at the jewelling on the bolt, you can see it is still very defined. This is meant to be a wear indicator so you can immediately see it has been cycled very little.
Unusually, this rifle retains the original iron sights & is fitted with a very clear Leupold 3-9×40, all set to hunt.
We are not going to try & rate the condition out of 100 as everyone seems to have a different opinion on what the percentages should be, so we’ll let the pictures be the description. You will know if this is for you so view the photos carefully & make your decision based on what you see as they form the main description & override all written information. Ask for more if desired.
