This Norinco has retro written all over it & is in mint condition, especially for a rifle around 40 years old.
In the 1980’s China was just beginning to export Norinco firearms around the world so the quality & finish is superior to modern Norinco rifles, as they were trying to make a good impression.
This comes straight from the original owner & still has the original box & user manual!
If you are looking for a high capacity (15 round) lever action .22 you can’t really go past this, even if its just for the novelty of it.
Yes, a modern used rifle would be around the same price but this has character & although it is Chinese, because it is 80’s vintage you can be confident it is past the incubation period for Covid-19!
