This 1941 Lithgow SMLE is a very nicely sporterised version in the Mannlicher style of the legendary No. 1 MkIII as can be seen in the photos.
This has been done very well & with a great bore this would be an excellent scrub hunter.
The peep site has been fitted by a gunsmith & we don’t recognise the brand.
