Description
This Eddystone Model of 1917 (M17) has been customised (possibly in the ’50’s or ’60’s) with a custom heavy barrel which looks like a Sportco / Omark. The barrel is in excellent condition & the rifle is fitted with an Australian made Central No.4 sight, also in very good condition with no perceivable looseness. Fit a bipod & you are set for accurate, old school big bore shooting without a big outlay. This would be a great way to dip your toe in big bore shooting without spending big. This was sent to the gunsmith for re-chambering from some .30 wildcat calibre to .308W & has been given the thumbs up.
