Description

Introduced by BSA in 1950 as a successor to the highly popular ‘Sportsman Ten’ rifle which itself was an upgrade to the ‘Sportsman Five’, introduced in 1948, these rifles have been described as ”the most successful .22 calibre sporting rifle produced by BSA”.

This example is in very good to excellent condition as can be seen in the photos.

As the name suggests, the tube fed magazine holds 15 rounds of .22LR which is completely legal for a Cat A rifle in Australia & would be a great farm gun or bunny hunter.

Combine this high capacity with its old school looks & quality & you have a desirable rifle when compared to the synthetic modern rifles with no character.
