Description

Uniquely, this Arisaka Type 99 long rifle in 7.7mm was manufactured in occupied Korea at the Jinsen Rikugun Zoheisho Arsenal according to the markings as deciphered. In good overall condition, the Emperors  Chrysanthemum (MUM) remains intact, which usually indicates a battlefield captured rifle as all surrendered Japanese rifles had the MUM either ground, scrubbed or somehow defaced at the time of the Japanese surrender. Comes complete with dust cover, bayonet & original canvas sling (which is damaged) as pictured. Flag is not included.

This is a great opportunity to add one of these rare, intact & complete Arisaka’s to your collection.

Please view all of the photos carefully as they form the main description & override all others.

Sold on consignment on behalf of a collector.
