Description
Original condition & matching, with Leupold 4 x power scope!
Offered for sale is this highly collectable BRNO Model 1 rifle dating from when the Czechs began post war production of rimfire rifles. The Model 1 had a wide open ejection port, flip-up leaf sight, a safety on top of the bolt & a fairly simple trigger (although variations exist). Around just 170,000 were made.
Manufactured in 1956, this rifle one of the later Model 1 rifles, as they transitioned to the Model 2 in 1956 & is in excellent condition as can be seen in the photos.
This rifle was purchased from the original owner & boasts a clear, period correct Leupold 4 x power scope with the fine Duplex reticle.
There is a historical fine hairline crack which has been properly repaired & will present no problem going forward.
Original Model 1’s are highly collectable in their own right & there is nothing we can say about this that can’t be seen in the photos so make your decision based on what you see.

We think we have described it accurately & correctly but do not claim to be infallible so if we have got anything wrong, it is unintentional & are happy for feedback from people who know more than we do.
Whilst we check these out for serviceability, the warranty has expired & this is sold on an ‘as is’ basis. As with all used guns, we recommend you have this checked by a suitably qualified person prior to shooting.
