Description
This is a very good example of the legendary SMLE as used by Australian forces during WW2 & manufactured by Lithgow SAF in 1941 with matching bolt.
As can be seen in the photos, this rifle is in good condition & you can be comfortable regarding headspace with the original bolt.
This rifle would be an excellent start to your military rifle collection or, if you are just wanting the one, this is a great choice.
The bore is dark but has excellent rifling so this is a shooter, not just a collectable old rifle.
