Description

Old School Tikka Quality!

Offered for sale is this vintage Tikka chambered in the perfect deer stalking calibre of .270 which is in excellent condition as can be seen in the photos.

We all know the quality of Tikka & the M65 was the first centrefire rifle action designed by Tikkakoski & it was manufactured between 1968 to 1989.

These LSA-65 Tikka’s were considered the best Tikka ever made & were the last manufactured prior to takeover by SAKO.

As can be seen in the photos, the blueing is in excellent condition & the stock would respond nicely to a bit of attention, having the usual storage bumps & being 30 odd years old.

Unusually, it retains the original iron sights which are often removed when fitting a scope back in the day & you could easily mount a scope on the Tikka dovetails.

We are not going to try & rate the condition out of 100 as everyone seems to have a different opinion on what the percentages should be so we’ll let the pictures be the description. You will know if this is for you so view the photos carefully & make your decision based on what you see as they form the main description & override all written information. Ask for more if desired.

We think we have described it accurately & correctly but do not claim to be infallible so if we have got anything wrong, it is unintentional.

Whilst we check these out for serviceability, the warranty has expired & this is sold on an ‘as is’ basis. As with all used guns, we recommend you have this checked by a suitably qualified person prior to shooting.
