Mint, old school Sako!
The model L61R was developed for big game hunting in 1961 & are collectable in their own right, especially in this condition!
Recently obtained from an elderly customer who purchased this new in the early 1970’s this well-maintained Sako L61R is in mint, as new condition as can be seen in the photos.
It boasts original Sako mounts & 1” rings, all ready to mount that vintage Leupold you’ve had stashed or, the scope of your choice.
As you may know, these far exceed the quality of modern built Sako rifles by a significant degree. You just won’t get the deep, rich, high gloss finish on a new Sako so if you want this, buy this!
As can be seen in the photos, this rifle is in excellent condition & we don’t think it comes any better than this so if you agree, don’t hesitate.
We are not going to try & rate the condition out of 100 as everyone seems to have a different opinion on what the percentages should be, so we’ll let the pictures be the description.
The colour is a little lighter than the photos show, we did the best we could when photographing it.

Standard cost for shipping to metro locations is $55 & all guns are sent via StarTrack without insurance but packed very well.
