Description
Offered for sale is this nice example of a Fabrique Nationale (FN) Browning ‘Trombone’.
The Trombone was a neat hammerless pump action rimfire rifle designed by John Browning in 1919 & FN produced it from 1922 to 1974.
These are immensely popular little rifles & are in high demand, both with collectors & plinkers as they can cycle .22 Short, .22 Long & .22LR.
This example is a post war & has aged very well, as can be seen in the photos.
We have priced this appropriately to sell so if you think it might be what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate.
We are not going to try & rate the condition out of 100 as everyone seems to have a different opinion on what the percentages should be so we’ll let the pictures be the description. You will know if this is for you so view the photos carefully & make your decision based on what you see as they form the main description & override all written information. Ask for more if desired.
Whilst we check these out for serviceability, the warranty has expired & this is sold on an ‘as is’ basis. As with all used guns, we recommend you have this checked by a suitably qualified person prior to shooting.
